The next question is what component group to use. I have always liked Suntour Superbe and Pro. My brother once had a TI Team Raleigh in full Superbe and it performed very well.
The Frame
Having removed all the components and cleaned the frame, there was very little else to do. A few minor paint touch ups and this is what she looks like.
